We will inform you by mail before delivery so you have the opportunity to be home that day your paintings arrive at you.

In case of delay or other problems, we will notify you as soon as possible via the e-mail address you entered and you can choose to await or cancel the order.

For delivery, you must immediately check the work and if a defect / damage is found, please contact Danish Gallery so we can find a satisfactory solution for you. If you do not want to keep the work due to the damage, you will not be charged for any return of the work.
You have 24 months' right of complaint and must advertise within a reasonable period of time, or no later than 2 months after the identified defect.
